The application fee for a Certificate of Incentives depends on the ownership structure of the company:

• TZS 4,000,000 for a company wholly owned by Tanzanian citizens.
• TZS 6,000,000 for a company with foreign shareholders or a joint venture between Tanzanian and foreign investors

It takes 2 working days to issue a Certificate of Incentives to a qualified investor upon fulfillment of all application requirements.
